30.03.23: ELECTION OF FINANCIAL AUDITORS
The Board of Directors decided unanimously (and in accordance with the Statutes of Association and the Association Rules) on 30.03.23:
– the election of the auditors for the annual financial report 2022 will take place exclusively online and without convening a general meeting,
– the members entitled to vote will receive a personal link for their online voting by email from the managing office,
– for an effective election, a 2/3 participation of all members is required,
– for the election result a simple majority is valid.
